More Primitive Antiques in the Booth!

I have added several new great antiques to my booth at School Days Antique Mall in Sturtevant, Wisconsin over the past week or so!

The wonderful primitive organizer & carrying tote seen in the photo above is a really great piece which came from the estate of a collector who had an incredible collection of primitive pieces. It is primitive and well worn, but still sturdy and will make an excellent piece for your dining room table, kitchen or anywhere else!

Below the carrying tote is an excellent example of a primitive wooden tool box. It really is a beautiful piece and I think it would look fantastic as a center piece on a large primitive farmhouse table. It is a perfect piece to store your linen napkins, silverware, or anything else (even tools if you wish!)

Another new piece in the booth is this very cool small oil lamp. Perhaps not as old as the items around it in this photo, but it is great little oil lamp to use for lighting, or as a primitive farmhouse decor piece.

I picked up another sweet primitive farmhouse table with wonderful chippy paint charm! This table has that barn find feel yet I've put in some work to tighten it up and make it more functional... without messing up the wonderful history of the piece.

Coming soon... this wonderful vintage Toledo UHL Drafting Stool! My wife & I bought this amazing vintage drafting table when we bought our current home, but never had the right stool. Today I was beyond excited to find the much sought after Toledo Drafting stool and figured I'd keep it for our home. Alas, it is too low. Darn! Our drafting table is huge, and quite a beast with those cast iron legs. Much to our dismay, but a benefit to my buyers, this super groovy drafting stool will be in my booth soon! The woman I bought it from said it is from the 1940's and was her grandfather's. By looking at some of the other items they had for sale, I could tell her grandfather had an excellent eye for both design and functionality.

My booth is #67 in the gymnasium at School Days Antique Mall, 9500 Durand Ave (Hwy 11), Sturtevant, WI... just east of I-94 between Milwaukee and Chicago. I offer an eclectic mix of antiques and vintage items from primitive and farmhouse furniture, to industrial decor pieces, glassware, vintage signs, advertising art, and much more.

If you are looking for great prices on antiques in Chicago or Milwaukee... drive to Sturtevant, Wisconsin (just west of Racine)! School Days Antique Mall has a really wide selection of antiques and vintage items, and some great prices too!
